The 33rd Blue Ridge Old-Time Music Week (BROTMW) will be held on the campus of Mars Hill University June 8-14, 2025. Make plans to join us!

Sunday

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Check in
5:00 pm – 6:30 pm: Dinner (Pittman Dining Hall) 6:00 pm: Staff Orientation (Mandatory – Broyhill Chapel)
7:00 pm: Student Orientation (Broyhill Chapel)

Monday – Friday Mornings

7:00 – 8:30 am: Breakfast, Pittman Dining Hall
9:00 – 11:30 am: Morning Class: Various Locations

11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Lunch, Pittman Dining Hall

Monday – Friday Afternoons

Mini Classes (require pre-registration and additional tuition)
1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm various locations

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Vintage Music Store open (Day 201)

4:00 pm – Potluck mini classes (Free, do not require pre-registration)

4:00 pm – Shape Note Singing with Margaret and Lloyd Wright (Free, does not require pre-registration)

5:00 pm – 6:30 pm: Dinner, Pittman Dining Hall

Monday – Thursday Evenings

6:30 – 7:45 pm: Youth, Gentle, and Moderate Jams (various locations)
8:00 pm – 9:15 Instructor Concert (Broyhill Chapel) 9:30 pm – 11:00 pm: Late Night Jams (various locations)

Friday Evening

6:30 pm: Open Mic (Broyhill Chapel)
8:00 pm: Square Dance 9:30 pm: Jams!

Saturday 10:00 am Check-out, NO BREAKFAST
