The Madison County Arts Council announces their summer concert series, “Sunday Set-Ins at Ebbs Chapel.” The summer series will be staged on the fourth Sundays of June, July and August.
“Ebbs Chapel is a beautifully restored rock school built in 1938 by the Civilian Conservation Corp at the end of the depression,” stated Laura Boosinger, Director of the Madison County Arts Council. The series begins on Sunday,

The Blue Ridge Music Trails is excited to reveal a new initiative that connects seasoned musicians with a select group of emerging artists in Western North Carolina. The Ebbs Chapel show will feature Bayla Davis, Cary Fridley, Donna Ray Norton, Josh Goforth, The Allen Boys, and Kelley Breiding.
Richard Smith: Sunday, July 30th, 2023 – 4:00 pm – $20 advance, $25 at the door
Richard Smith is an English guitarist specialising in the fingerstyle guitar tradition of Merle Travis, Chet Atkins, and Jerry Reed. He is a National Fingerstyle Guitar Champion.
Rudy’s Rhythm & Revue: Sunday, August 13th, 2023 – 4:00 pm – $10 advance, $15 at the door
Rudy’s Rhythm & Revue delivers a health and happiness show, with upbeat songs and positive energy. Rudy’s music spans a variety of original compostions, Bluegrass, Rhythm & Roots, Folk/Country, Classical, and World Chants. Among other accolades, Elizabeth and Rudy are the 2019 Four Corner Sates Duet vocal champions.
